I will be getting a male dobermann soon. I also am fond of the name Adolf ( ah-dolf ) meaning noble wolf. It does not remind me of Adolf Hitler, it is a fine german name in my opinion and plenty of others share the name Adolf. I do not support racism or any nazi related activity. I'm just wondering how any of you would react if you asked for my dog's name and I were to respond with "Adolf". I am half german and I would like my german dog to have a name that I find to be fitting. Thank you for your opinion.
