I have always taken care in choosing the right name for my dog, my labrador is called Cleo.
My mother takes a different approach. She has had a number of dogs since she was a child, always golden labrador, always male, and every one given the name Sam. She could never explain why, it just feels right for her.
Hey but then how would they differentiate between them if they all were called Sam. But still Cleo is a nice name. It would be good if we all start putting our dogs pictures as our avatar. This way we would all get to see the dogs involved in the discussion.
Thats unusual; but if it feels right i guess it is up to her. Seems slightly impersonal if you ask me. I like the name Cleo though I think it's way adorable. Oh and indiandog I like your avatar idea maybe you should run it by admin and see what they think?
