Avo-Derm can be fed alone, or mixed with 1/4 cup of warm water or broth to every cup of dry food, or mixed with Avo-Derm canned food. Feed adult dogs once per day. The amount of food your dog requires will vary depending on breed, age and activity level. Note: When switching to Avo-Derm, gradually increase the amount of Avo-Derm while decreasing the previous food, over a three- to five-day period. Suggested Feeding Amounts*: Toys, up to 12 lbs.: 1/4 to 1 cup per day, Small, 12 to 20 lbs.: 1 to 1 1/2 cups per day, Medium, 20 to 50 lbs.: 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 cups per day, Large, 50 to 100 lbs.: 2 1/2 to 5 1/2 cups per day. *Based on a standard 8 oz. cup.
