Outdoor Dog Bed - Plaid
At last a dog bed that holds up to the outdoors! Our bed features indoor/outdoor polyester fabric and polysilk fill that resists mildew and fungus. The bed has been designed to be resistant to damage from sunlight, moisture, and stains. It can be machine washed or just cleaned with a garden hose. Available in Green Plaid and Blue Plaid.

Pet Beds
You can find a lot of pet beds and most of them work out side. The best thing for a pet in cold months is a heated pet bed. Some are self warming and some are electric. This is especially important for dogs with arthritis. Warm pet beds help ease the joint paint.

for dogs outdoors,im sure like me whatever type of bedding used ,usually doesnt last long.
my dogs have a pen style inclosure with a kennel when entering leads to a large wooden house/shed.
in this shed i inserted a leather sofa and armchair, over a period of time there was very little left.
im thinking to myself was there something i could of done to stop this destruction?
ive seen sawdust being used, done it myself although with the wet climate here it didnt work.
im now thinking of something different,
anyone got good tips?

Agree with that the heated pet bed is the best for cold season...it provide a soft, relaxing and cozy couch to help give your pets a good sleep...very nice isn't it???

America Outdoor also has an extensive line of pet beds. My pet's cooling dog bed was bought from there.

I couldn't find a thread for this product and it won't let me start a new thread, but I just purchased the Amigo Dog Bed made by Horseware. So far I am loving it! I had only used dog beds from pet stores and wal-mart in the past and this one is amazing, and my dog seems to think its the most comfortable thing ever! The outer shell is 600 Denier and waterproof and the inner shell is a warm 800g so my dog can use it inside or in her dog house! I really like that I can wash both parts of it when it starts to get dirty. So far its my favorite bed I've used (and my dog's too I think!) I picked up a large one which is more than enough space for my dog! It's huge. I got mine online at Horseware Shopatron website, but I've seen them in bigger cities at tact shops so you might be able to find one locally. I highly recommend this product. The dog blankets they have available look really cute so I might try one the next time I have some extra cash to spend on my lovely lady! Hopefully I will have some more reviews coming soon from products I have used and liked just as much.

I use crib mattresses because they easy to clean and they are the perfect size for my pooches.
