why is it they can show up to put advertisemnets on but they cant fix the problems or get rid of the users that are constantly filling up the forums with their advertisements.

O.k. Got the doggie toothbrush; got the supposedly tasty doggie toothpaste. Well!!! I thought brushing Lara was a chore!!! Trying to brush her teeth has proved to be just about impossible. By the time I'm done, we're both covered in beef flavoured toothpaste, she is heading for under the bed and I'm just about ready to scream!!! Bailey is such an angel. She sits still to get brushed and doesn't mind having her teeth done at all.

Is it because Lara is younger or because she's a terrier and as stubborn as the day is long?

practice patients with her and try not to force the brush in her mouth you'll only make things worse.

Just remember doggie dental care is just as important as our own dental care. I make sure my doggies teeth are clean using the same kit as above, works wonders, but had to train her to get used to the brush.

Does anyone have suggestions on a tool I can use to scale teeth to remove plaque? My Bassethound actually lets me work in his mouth without getting upset or pulling away.

I swear bassets are the most laid back dog on the planet. I don't think I have ever heard of a basset hound harming anyone. Maybe you can use a denture brush?

When you visit jay bee's home page, which is actually Buddylee's home page, you get a sense of what our Bassethound is all about. I have to say many years ago we spoke to a guy who raised Bassets and he used Bassethound and aggressive in the same sentence. He had only seen one in all his years of raising hounds.
