Customer Review: Dogs Doing So Much To Help People - Inspiring Stories
This quality PBS Home Video has inspiring stories about unforgettable working dogs who transform the lives of the people they love. This video is warm, moving and entertaining for the whole family. It is well worth the cost of purchase or the time for a trip to the library. You will meet intelligent border collies who herd over 1000 sheep on a farm and are truly irreplaceable in the management of the farm. Maggie, a chocolate lab, opens the world for an autistic nine-year-old boy. A beautiful golder retriever has been trained to assist a person who has been having unexpected epileptic seisures. Totally unexpected, this dog can even anticipate and sense a seisure a few minutes before it occurs warning the person and helping that person to a safe location. In all of the stories of the working dogs and of the people that they serve you will see wonderful love and loyalty between the people and their dogs. The running time is about 80 minutes. You will learn if you do not already know that dogs are truly man's best friends.
