I have tried the methods shown on this video and, as the video says, found the exercises comforting to both my dog and myself. Bradley had been favoring one leg in a minor way. The massage therapy "Cured" him after a few sessions. I intend to continue with the various methods as it seems to keep this field dog, who spends too much time on the couch, in better shape.
