Customer Review: Roots rock roots
There's a reason you don't see any negative reviews for Rod Picott; he's one of the best newer talents on the scene. His music is rootsy with bluesy, rock edges. This guy's songwriting is what sets him apart though; he's a great wordsmith, & an excellent musician. Get all of his stuff, & I highly recomend his live disc which is available at his web-site

Customer Review: What a wonderful surprise!
This is some of the wittiest songwriting I've come across in years! My favorites are different than the other reviewers; Baby Blue, Find Your Way Home, Up All Night; but I agree that the entire collection is way above average. This CD has become my new touchstone for de-stressing that drive home. I also am sharing this with anyone who'll listen. What a huge oversight that a major label hasn't picked this guy up!
