The Doggone Device is a 2 pound collapsible unit that includes an adjustable pouch for your dog and a removable collar that works with a securing system to keep your dog from leaping out. Simply slide the dog collar through four restraint loops located inside the pouch and you're ready to go. The pouch for the dog can be adjusted from 10 to 18 inches tall.
