Default Answered: am I wrong

Daisey my now nine month old pup is now on heat and was making quite a mess. She is allowed on our bed in the morning and on the sofa, so I got her some pads and some little girl knickers and cut a whole for her tail, obviously I take them off when we go for a walk but indoors I do not have to restrict her from her usual activities and she does not seem at all concerned about wearing them and comes to be changed when called and even steps into them for me. A visiter to our house saw her and said that what I was doing would have a bad mental affect on her and I should stop straight away. What is the opinion of all you other dog lovers there I really don't think I'm doing her any harm?

I COMPLETELY agree with Lara's mom. Be careful of "street advice"!

ditto here, what you are doing has been done by breeders for years.

I don't see any bad mental effect too or I may be missing something here, am I?

I don't think so, cause I know of some people who also do that to their female dogs.

I say the next time they come over just get yourself a matching pair and put them on and answer the door. HELLO! See what they say then!
