Default Answered: What kind of dog is this?

We found a dog today that has been roaming the area and are temporarily sheltering her until her owners can be found. I am not sure if she is a siberian husky, or a husky/timberwolf mix. Very interested if someone else can give me an idea. There is a possibility that she may not have any owners that claim her, so I want to know if she will be good to have around my kids.

I don't see any wolf in that dog. I have a friend with two husky wolf X's and they both have much longer fur and their faces and eyes are shaped differently. I don't know much about husky's as a breed but I can tell you in all honesty that these two are the nicest and gentlest creatures you'd ever want to meet. I wasn't in the least bit nervous to let my Border Collie play with them and, I'm the "poster child for nervous mothers!"

yea, i dont see any (a small bit is possible though) of wolf in him. looks a lot more like a husky. if he had wolf in him heis eyes would probably be more narrow and he would have more of a point as the snout.
