Default Unanswered: Dark build-up around dog's teats, looks like dried dirt but doesn't come off

Hi,
I recently noticed some dark, what appears to be crust, around my pug's back teats. She is fixed, and has had a litter of puppies and I think it has something to do with having nursed in the past. Should I be concerned? It doesn't seem to bother her, from what I have noticed.

Not uncommon. Rub some balm on them to moisturize and they should be all right.
