Exclamation Unanswered: Vestibular syndrome?

Hi, I'm a newbie to the site, so welcome me!:-)

But, I have a 11 week old shih tzu male, and he has been tilting his head to the left a lot and his left eye tends to look down when you straighten his head. I thought maybe it was vestibular syndrome, but I know that mainly occurs in older dogs. So I don't know what's wrong with him & would like to know is there anything I need to know about this or can do to help him! The vet said he doesn't have an ear infection so now I really don't know what's wrong. Help me please!!!!! Thank you.

Giving you a link to some info on labyrinthitis (dizziness)
There are other causes for these symptoms so read the whole thing. I am not sure if a vet isn't thorough enough on middle ear infections that a middle ear infection might have been missed. Other things include a brain tumor.---But can this happen so quick ---Your pup only being 11 wks. old.

Also, if you put-- dogs/labyrinthitis-- in your browser, you will see many more sites to click on. Here is one link:
