Default Unanswered: Diarrhea every now and then

Our pup is 8 months old. We think she is a beagle/chihuahua with a ton of energy. At least once a week she has diarrhea and throws up every now and then. We would be worried but right after she has diarrhea or throws up she goes right back to being her playful self like nothing ever happened. She has an appetite so we don't think anything of it.

Should we be worried?

Oh my goodness i must say ur dog has the best ears ever, they are soo cute!! As for the weekly throwing up and diarrhea what are u feeding ur dog? Also what does her poo look like when she doesnt have diarrhea? that might seem like a weird question but examining ur dogs poo is good indication of how she is digesting everything.

ditto here, when was the last time she was de-wormed. You could also take a fecal sample to your vet to see if she has any parasite issues to at least rule that out.

I agree with the dewormed part. My dog we just got in July had worms. She had diarrhea every now and then and I read online that vomitting can be a sign of worms. Check your dogs stool to see if there's any worm looking things, Also watch your dog do it's business, if the stool is stringy looking it can be worms.
