Orijen, Taste of the Wild, Fromm, Wellness CORE - they are pricey but the best of the best when it comes to kibble!

For those who home cook for their dogs, Corky/Max gave me a really good idea; quinoa. It is way healthier than rice or pasta as an addition to the food. It's more expensive but well worth it for the nutrition value.

Dog Food
It depends on their ages.
For Small dogs :
If your dog is a few month older then give him in food fipronil 9.8%,S-methoprene 8.8%.The fipronil gets help to the oil of the skin and hair follicles and nourish to bones.
For adult dogs :
Its a time for regular feeding routine.
Meat but cooked,wheat ,
Beta , Bakers , Win a lot , Pro Plan .
These are the best ready feed available brands in market .

meat and meat only
ok, when our pup was growing up we feed him pellets. Not because of ease or that it was good, but because the vet told us to.
After about a year he refused this food and we concentrated on cooked chicken legs. We microwave them and remove the bone and he loves it.
From many articles I have read dogs are carnivores as where their ancestors the wolves. The evolved only 15,000 years ago and that is way too short to become an omnivore. Commercial dog food uses water, grains, vegetables, whatever is cheapest.
For the last few years we have also supplemented the meals with chicken necks during the day (on occasion) and beef at night. As far as cost goes, we buy chuck steak from the market at $6 a kilo - which is about the same price as regular canned dog food, that is full of filler that they cant digest properly anyway.
this is just my humbled opinion.

my choice
I used to feed innova evo- but they were bought out and their recipe changed slightly. What really ended that was when they were published as owners of hundreds of dogs being kept for research.
I now feed taste of the wild. Quite honestly the price is just right- it is grain free with human grade ingredients and no byproducts. My dogs love the fish variety.
