Answered: They found him!
They found him and he is home with us. He is something else. He likes to guard everything. Now I need to take that instinct and direct it towards something constructive. We are looking for a name for him. Here's his pic again. He is also a giant lapdog just like Luna and Buster. He likes to sit on me, but I drew the line at him sitting on our 2 year old and he got his rear swatted because he wouldn't get off of her.

He hasn't stopped panting since we brought him home. He acts like he is hot all the time.
We still need a name for him. Suggestions peoples?

I would suggest waiting a few days and monitoring his physical actions and habits before naming him. You will probably see something that will just stick out and fit.

Wow - so much happened when I was in bed last night! Congratulations. How could anyone not love a face like that. Do you think he might be a good influence on Buster?

Buster wanted to play and jumped on him. He put Buster in his place and Buster hasn't wanted to jump at all since then.

Yay! So glad he has a home with you now. Don't want to rain on your parade or anything but are you going to have him checked out at the vet's? I hope all that panting is not a symptom of a health issue. Corky was hot all the time with his heart problem. I know this dog has a lot of hair but it isn't really that hot anymore. I don't know how warm you keep your house. And maybe it is because of all the different things going on in his new life and of course he was outside free before you got him. Let's hope that it is just one of those things and not because of a health problem. You know me--I'm super cautious about things.
He sounds like he likes his new home but super cautious me would be wondering if he might like to take off and roam again as he has done in the past. Hope not!
I kept thinking Charlie for a name when I saw his pic---I don't know why. Then there is Snow for a name too. Lol, at least you didn't think Buster like you immediately did when you first saw Buster! I was also hoping this dog would tone Buster down---At least maybe he will give Buster a distraction. Sounds like it may be good that this dog likes to herd!!
What does the baby think of him? Bet she loves him!
Sorry to be so cautious but thought I should alert you to them--Want this to be a happy forever thing! Do you think this will be Ryan's dog now!? Lol, I bet it will be all 3 of you's dog really!

I do think you should take him to the vet if u havent already. But panting is just what this breed does. Thats why they LOVE the snow soooo much!!! Just keep that in mind when u take him places. Many times with this breed if they get real hot they get cranky. All i can say is u don't want a cranky Pyrenees! See if u have any Pyreness rescue groups in ur area, Pyrenees LOVE to be around other Pyreness. Glad hes settling in good!! I can just imagine u taking the Pyrenees and Buster for a walk..lol
