Unanswered: Dog wont eat or drink much or go out. help?
On thursday, 11th November, my do was vomiting flem. it began to get more constant through the day. then in the evening he began to poo blood. just blood. I took him to the emergancy vet and they gave him an injection for the vomiting. He is terrified of the vets He pooed blood once more in the night and then it stopped along with the vomiting.
Friday he was quiet, but i thought just recovering. I took him walks and he was ok. had small poo's but no blood. He didn't eat or drink much apart from a handful or chicken and a couple of visits to water bowel.
Saturday was the same. But sunday...I took him the shop and tied him up outside. He was lively enough, when i came out the same, but after walking a few metres, he stopped and looked at me. He was shaking. I got him home, still shaking. Calming down after an while. At night, I had to force him out into the back yard to wee before bed.
Sunday, same. i cooked him 2 burgers as he would not eat his dog meat. He ate most of it after a while and had a small drink with a treat biscuit.
Today, Monday, the same as Sunday. But he still refused to go out walking. He was fine until he got 50 yards up the road when he just stopped and looked at me. we turned around and slowely walked home, stopping 3 times for no reason. He has not has a poo since Saturday.
It is really stressing me and I dont know what to do. I am going to take him the vet again tomorrow, but was hoping someone here may have some advice?

What does the vet think it is? If I were you I would take your dog to a different vet. If he is pooping blood and the vet didn't do a whole lot, I would be concerned. I most sertainly wouldn't have left the vet without some answers.

your vet should have done blood work and everything. My vet wouldnt have let my dog leave until she knew what was wrong with her. I think its a good idea to maybe try a new vet..

He only pooed blood 3 times Thursday night. Not been sick or had any blood since. Vet saw the way Gizmo, my dog, was acting in the vets. Very scared as usual. Said that he would stress out a lot more if kept there. I was to keep an eye on him and if he got worse, bring back.
He has not got worse, thankfully. Today he is brighter. Cooked 3 small burgers for him and he ate them. He is drinking more. Last night I managed to get him to walk around the block, coaxing and praising him all the way. Has had poos, no blood. And today we drove to the Park with him, he loved it. But he is still nervous about walking from the house and going out back. Also need to get him to eat his normal dog meat again.

Not sure of the correct spelling but, the symptoms remind me of hemorrhagic gastroenteritis.
