my potential new puppy's grandmother on her mother's side is also her great-grandmother from her father's side. (the same dog is my puppy's mother's mother, and it is also my puppy's father's grandmother). is this ok or is this too close for comfort? if anyone could give me information on this i would really appreciate it!

I recommend getting books on your breed etc. before going forward as well as talking with a reputable breeder if it is your goal to breed.
