Smile Unanswered: New Puppy

Hi, I have a couiple of questions regarding my new puppy. I really cant tell you how old she is, looks to be about 2 months. She was found in a park and the couple that had her did not have her crated. Well she is crated now, and she is doing ok. I have her on a schedule. Fed her at 1pm. But for some reason she has been sleeping, and she missed her last meal for the night at 8 pm. Will this mean she will be up all night, cause she is hungary?

I think it would be better if you woke the dog up to eat at scheduled meal times. Which with my dogs, usually never required much except saying "are you hungry?" and they would jump up! I know it's different with a new puppy though because they are like babies that they like to eat, sleep, and poop. (which a lot of playing intermixed) But I would say just make sure to stick to a schedule to get the puppy adapted to the new home and life. Good luck!
