Any idea on what breed(s) this puppy is? Ad says Shih Tzu that's had a "summer cut", but he looks like a mix to me. :???:

He could be a Shih Tsu, the colour's unusual, but it can happen, however a common colour in a Lhasa Apso... Could be a mix between the 2 breeds... or could be someone who thinks all little squashed-faced (brachycephalic) dogs with long soft hair are Shih Tsu's Hard to tell from that photo anyway... Could be a Brussles Griffon x for all I can tell from that photo.

If you like the pup for who he is then fine. If you want a specific breed then go to a good home breeder where you can see the pups with the mother in a home environment or buy an older dog so that you know exactly what you're getting. That is a very cute puppy in the photo but I have no idea what breed he is.

I was actually more concerned that if they were lying about that, what else might they be lying about. Once I actually called and spoke to them, I felt much better about it and went and picked him up! Whatever breed or breeds he is, he's very cute!!! So far he's VERY mellow but I'm thinking part of that might be because he's scared. Thanks for the replies!
