You could be looking at huge bills to keep her alive. The best thing for your dog would be to find a vet that would allow you to pay instalments and have an abortion. By continuing with the pregnancy you putting her life at risk, especially if you do not have the finance to pay for the treatment she may need.

if you absolutely cannot get the pups aborted, then make for darn sure you feed the Momma a very high quality puppy food, high in calcium. Raw Chicken (bone included) raw eggs (shell crushed up and included). As she's not fully grown, she needs the extra calcium and protein to continue to grow herself, as well as the puppies.
DO NOT LET HER JUMP ON OR OFF ANYTHING! and dont let her go down stairs, as he back is going to have a hard enough time with carrying the pups without adding the extra stress of those movements.
She could lose the pups, she could abandon the pups (then you will have to hand rear them, and that's not fun) she could need a c-section, or the pups could die inside her and cause serious infection/death for the Mom.
Her growth plates aren't fused at this point, so she could end up with weak tendons in her knees (torn ACL) or worse.
I have a Bichon x Lhasa Apso that had at least one litter of puppies before she was a year and a half old. She tore her ACL, and at 6 years old, had to have 13 teeth removed due to lack of calcium while she was growing.
