Golden retriever puppy 5 months old, had MRI and diagnosed with MYELITIS.
She has no use of back legs and one front leg. Have now brought her home for one week to see if there is any improvement. Am lifting her constantly so she can try and stand and massaging her legs. Any advice would be welcome, she has one week.

Water therapy. See if you can locate one in your area. This is good for joint issues etc.

I agree with Yogi. Water therapy is great for dogs with joint problems.
