My Saint Bernard is 6 months old.. i didn't teach him the basic commands, now it becomes a problem and it is not obeying me.... is it possible to train him at this stage, will he understand the command... help needed

Of course it is possible but as you have not taught him to respect you when he was a young pup you are going to need help. You should find a local training class or personal trainer.

I definitely think it's still possible to train him. I think you can train a dog at any age, it just gets more difficult as more time passes and they get more set in their ways. But it's still possible. Working on basic commands takes a lot of patience and persistence. I would also recommend a training class to learn some basic ways to train your pup. Good luck!
