Unanswered: What kind of dog....
She's 6 weeks old... the mom is def german shepard, about 40 lbs. The father is unknown. I think she either has Boxer or St Bernard in her, but other people have said Bernese Mountain dog. She also has two brothers, both are black-one has a white stripe on his face- and they really resemble St Bernards; plus their paws are huge. She was the runt so she might not be that big, even if she is St Bernard. But what does it look like she has in her?

Please read the forum rules regarding asking what breed your mix is. We do not permit this here. Simply put there is no way to know. Looking at a picture of a pup that in the first place is too young to be away from the dam and secondly guessing is something that cannot be done. Wait til the pup is old enough to develop physically. At that stage the breeds will generally become more apparent. At approximately 8 to 10 months. You do not look like you did when your were that age, it is the same with puppies. There is simply no way to tell which is why we have a forum rule about this.

It is simply too soon to tell. Just as your baby photos bear no resemblance to you as an adult so a pup will change enormously over the first 9 months to a year. As the father is unknown he could be anything, he could be a complete mutt with no discernible breed at all so it is pure speculation.
The fact that her littermates resemble a St Bernard is also irrelevant - I have seen Jack Russell puppies that look like St B's as well! It's a waiting game I'm afraid - but a fun one

While it is too soon to tell, the coloring definitely reminds me of a boxer! So perhaps she has a little of that in her. She's so adorable Keep us posted with pics as she grows up!
