[Rottlover]

Hi all,
This is the first time I have posted anything. So bear with me. I recently adopted a rottie puppy. He is male and roughly 8 months old. I took him for his check up and found he has a ruptured CCL. The Vet said she was unsure if it was a good idea to preform surgery since his growth plates are not closed. I am going to see an orthopedic surgean on Monday.
I was wondering if anyone has had an experience with this? Poor little guy is in pain.
