I have always had all the appropriate vaccinations for all my dogs.This is an annual trip to the vet and get the various vaccinations the vet recommends.
Now I have done some research and I find that not only am I wasting money,but might actually doing the dog serious harm.Just heard on FB that a rescue Shiba died after getting her shots.I also have found out that even Rabies immunizations last at least 5 years.I live in Kewanee Il,and our laws require annual rabies shots in order to get a license.I thought I would toss this out here and see what feedback I can get.
We own three Shiba Inus,who are ages 11,11,and 14.
