Default Unanswered: deaf dog housebreaking problem

We have an approximately one year old deaf and partially blind Australian Shepherd. She is a sweet dog and is a great addition to our household with one exception. She continually poops on the floor. We take her out, she does her business, and when she comes in the house she defecates again almost immediately. We have another dog (1 1/2 year old Golden Retriever) who is on the same diet and schedule without this problem. We have already taken our Aussie to the vet and she does not have any health issues that are causing this. Please help!

Our aussie does the same. As soon as we bring him in, he goes directly in his crate. We do not give him free run of the house. We let him out of his crate for about 1/2 hour each time we let him out. We take him out immediatly. He stays out of his crate longer if we leave him outdoors in the kennel. If he goes potty in the house, we take him straight outside and then put him directly in his crate.

Default how long?

I have done the crating routine, but she barks and the neighbors complain. How long do you think you have to do this before the dog would be allowed in the house for extended periods? Right now mine can't even be out for 1/2 hour without soiling.

It seems to me that there must be some medical issue with a dog who can't go more than half an hour without peeing...Even puppies can go longer than that! Or, could the dog be "marking" so that she knows where she is since her vision and hearing are affected?
