hi,

i've been biking with Bella (german shepherd mix) since she was a year old. she's very well behaved and stays on my right side, where i've trained her to be, while i bike. BUT i have never taken her on trips that last more than a couple laps around the block or the elementary school near my house.

my question is: are there any risks that i should know about if/when i take Bella on a trip that might be 15 to 20 miles long? (ie. sore paws, exhaustion, etc.)

i believe i'll be mostly using a bike path that may lead to some regular cement sidewalk.
