Default Unanswered: Step/Ramp for my Pup

Trevor (my baby) has been diagnosed with a bulging disk. He is currently in the hospital. But, I need help with finding stairs that he will be able to use to get off the bed and couch when he gets home. He is really very skiddish and will jump when he hears anything. I need steps that will allow hi to jump on with out worrying about him slipping off going too fast.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your help!!!!

I had to do the same thing for my almost 15 year old Border Collie/Spaniel X. Use a light weight material so that if you need to move them around, you won't kill your back. The stairs should NOT be steep because the dog may not use them. Also, get some bits of carpet and glue them to your stairs so that there is no chance of the little one slipping.

I used a light but sturdy foam material. It worked wonderfully.

Redirect Notice we have a set of these stairs for dutchie to be able to get up into the beds in the caravan. They are pretty sturdy, and easy to move around as they collapse to a fairly small light weight size.
