They don't have to show you anything until you hit the court stage. At this point, your attorney can demand discovery which will tell you who made the complaint.As for proof, if there are no witnesses other than the victim, then that is it. My question is where were you when your dog supposedly bit someone? Did they break in your yard? Were they robbing your house? Dogs don't bite for no reason. They only bite because the feel threatened, protecting territory or they are hunting food. (the latter not an issue here)Get an attorney because US laws lean towards the victim.C
