My Nor. Elkhound has a horrible turnout on his front feet. He has one three-point major in AKC confromation but, that's all. So, how can I free-stack him so that the judge is not looking at his HORRIBLE feet?

You can't. Even if you could, the judge is going to see it the moment he moves. If he's young you might wait a while and see if his feet correct on their own when his chest drops. If he's old enough that his chest has already dropped, you're kinda out of luck.
