This will be my and my Champion sired pups first AKC show and I am trying to fill out the event form I downloaded from AKC. I don't think "Variety" pertains to my pup since he's a Siberian Husky, but I wasn't sure about the "Dog Show Class" box or "Class Division" box. He will be 6 months of age at the end of July and I wanted to show him the 1st of August. I haven't shown in anything except local clubs Fun Matches, so what would we be able to go in and how would it be listed on the event form? Do we have to show in "American Bred" and is that a class in and of itself? I was thinking about going in "Puppy", "Novice" "Open" and "Amatuer Owner Handler", so would they all be listed under "Class"? The entry fee is $25/$18, so I assume it is $25 for the first class and $18 for each subsequent class my pup would enter? Also, what else besides the AKC event application would I need to fill out since there is nothing pertaining to which show we would want to attend?

Decide what class....I would skip the amatuer classes, ect.
They have a 6-9 month puppy class (generally puppy classes are cheaper than regular classes) if you tell me what show I can look the prices up...if you are the breeder, you can also choose Bred By Exhibitor class (also discounted at some shows) otherwise you can go with open or american bred.

The above is what you put in 'dog show class' no variety for sibes, so leave that blank.

You will need the event numbers for the form since you have a blank one....that can be looked up online. Will explain where to find that in a PM
