[Pepperchini is my dog]

okay, so I am a junior handler, well I want to be, I currently compete in dog 4-H. But that isn't enough. I want to be a professional handler when I 'grow up' But I seriously can not afford to buy a purebred dog that is show quality. I have a Rat terrer and want an ILP (if you show in AKC you know what i'm talking about) But I already registered in the stupid mixed breed (which pepper is not!) program because I didn't know about the ILP/PAL program. so know I really don't know what to do but I really really want to show in AKC. thoughts?
