Default Water balls - where to buy?

Does anybody know of a weighted water ball and where I could buy one? I am looking for something for my Golden to help her fetch underwater. She can already dive and pick up objects on the bottom of the pool and now I am looking for something inbetween sink/float. We have been using half ripe mangoes but would like something less messy. Any suggestions? Thanks!
