Default Agility Training In CT - Fairfield

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum. I was wondering if anyone knows of an agility training facility in CT, preferably in Fairfield CNTY, close to NY. I have a 11month old Yorkie mix that is nutz and I think she would be great at agility. She loves to run around like crazy is very athletic and she has the stamina of a horse. Matter of fact, she can pace me in a full sprint which i think is impresive in an 8lbs dog(or shows how out of shape I am... whichever lol). I have taken her on 2, 1/2 mile walks and she will not get tired. She is very smart and attentive and I think this would be a great weekend activity that we could do together.

Any tips, help or advice welcome!!

I added a picture of her... her name is Lexi!! This is from April 08'.

Thanks!!

There's a great agility center in Goshen Ct. They may know of others to recommend. I also know of a couple in westchester NY which might not be a bad commute for you.

Goshen CT. Canine Sports Center. Goshen Connecticut:

Portchester Dog Obedience Club (can't find thier sit - but it used to be something like "teachrover"

Skyline Agility Skyline Agility Club - Dog agility classes, dog agility seminars, AKC and NADAC agility Trials in the NY NJ Area

Thanks for the info. Im in Norwalk, and from Yonkers so Westchester is familiar and much closer than Goshen. I found 2 places. The Portchester location you mentioned and one in Rye. I appreciate the help!!!

Default Nothing seems to be easier.

Nothing seems to be easier than seeing someone whom you can help but not helping.
I suggest we start giving it a try. Give love to the ones that need it.
God will appreciate it.

Default agility teams

If anyone is looking for some agility teams they can check out this site Home | www.americansportdog.com and click on Team Profiles. They have a list of a lot of other types of dog sport teams and clubs as well.
