Default Training Contact Obstacles Survey...please answer!

Hi all. I am trying to compile information on how different individuals and clubs approach the dogwalk and A-frame obstacles. In other words, how do you train the obstacle from start to finish. I don't need a "book" but a general outline. E.g. do you begin with it flat on the ground, how many steps to raise it? Do you start teaching touch/2o2o/etc and then backchain? And how and when do you address the issue of touching the contact. This is very important to me as a beginning trainer in a club. Please...everyone who trains (even a bit) and is reading this, please post an answer. Also please give your general location and if you are individually training or in a club.) Many many thanks. HP
