Well first you leave her in the crate, even if she whines & howls let her be. Then what I did was give my dogs treats when I say "go to bed." Now they willingly go to their crates!!
My sister would place the her dog's treat in the crate and the dog would laways go in. Eventually, the dog should recognize the crate and associate the word "crate" with it. Hope that helps!
One way is to wave a treat or toy she likes above her head, make sure she notices it, and toss it in the crate. She will probably follow it and end up in the crate. This is how I get my dogs where I want them. LOL
