I have an 8 wk old boxer pup.

-I feed him first thing in the morning(6am) right after taking him out....I put the full cup of food in his dish, he won't eat the whole thing. He just eats a bit, walks away, eats a bit later a few hours later...etc. I'm supposed to feed him 3 times a day but without him eating the full amount in one sitting how can I change this?

-I live in an apartment. Thankfully its on the first floor. It's very tough to housetrain without being able to go out on the grass. So many dogs I have to worry about Parvo until he gets his 2nd shots. I have some papers on my patio that I try to get him to use. He's gone (#1) a few times on the paper(most other times in my living room)....any advice? He actually goes through the entire nite in his crate (6 hours) without going. But when I take him out he'd rather use the living room. I've purchased the oder eliminator to keep him from wanting to go in the same spot inside. Any advice?
