I have two puppies both 12 weeks old, the female is completly trained, the male still pees on the floor and in his crate, even though he knows he is going to get in trouble. Are male dogs just dumber?

Aren't male humans dumber? LOL. No, the male might be having dominence issues with the female. Males tend to "mark their territory" by peeing, are there other males in your household? (Canine males I mean.) If so, it might be a domincece issue with them. Hope this helps!

I have had NOOOO luck house training male dogs. We could spend hours in the yard waiting for him to potty, he would walk inside and two minutes later, he's doing his business.I've sworn off male dogs. I will never own another one!
