it's called consistancey , of which means over , and over and over on one thing until he / she learns and then go on to something else. HE / SHE WILL LEARN LIKE WE DID WHEN WE WERE YOUNG OUR PARENTS DID IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN UNTIL WE LEARN , NOW DON'T MISS READ ME NOW, I AM NOT COMPARING US TO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND OR IN ANYWAY WHATTTTTTTT SO EVER SOOOOOOOOO PLEASE DON'T THINK I AM . IT TAKES AN ANIMAL LONGER TO LEARN THINGS THAN US HUMAN WHICH DRAWS THAT LINE BETWEEN US AND THEM, AND THAT'S ONE WAY WE ARE DIFFERENT FROM THEM NOT MENTION OTHERS.

All I can say is use the word "no" often. And also use tons of puppy treats. If you use the puppy treats though, make sure your dog gets walked daily. Also you can use American Cheese to use as a treat. Good Luck!
