I just got a puppy (3 months) old so I want the name of a good site about how to train a puppy that age (tricks, house breaking,etc.....)

Depending on where you live, I recommend Exmore in S. Austin. I took my lil puppy there and she went through Good Canine Citizenship and then I started agility with her at K-9 Agility and TAG. You may need to wait on training until your puppy has all its shots and you should keep your puppy out of public places, like Petsmart, Dog parks etc. You can socialize her/him with your friends dogs that you know are vacinated but until they have all their shots, you are putting your puppy at risk.I commend you for looking for training with your puppy that is the beginning of a long healthy friendship.

Here are a few sites I've visited. You can also google s earch to get more.http://www.dogproblems.com/ - training videoshttp://www.midwestbloodhoundrescue.c...habootcamp.htm - training your dog that you are pack leaderhttp://www.dog-training.com/trainers.htm - dog training clubshttp://www.flyingdogpress.com/ - training books & videoshttp://www.leerburg.com/vidolist.htm - training videoshttp://www.thewelltraineddog.com/ - training a show doghttp://www.video-line.com/dog.html - training videosIf your dog is a pure breed, you can find information specific to your breed by going to http://www.akc.org/ and from there to the primary website for the breed. Training in some cases is breed specific. You can google search for more websites that may have come up for dog training books and/or videos. A good basic book to get is the Barron's Book on your dog's breed. If it's a cross breed, you'll want books of the major breeds involved.
