has anyone trained their dog at PetsMart?

I had a friend take their dog there for about 3 weeks and ended up dropping out. It was a joke.

Yeah I did. It cost 90$. My trainers name was Kathy and she was kinda loopy. She only taught my chihuahua how to sit and lay and she never finish what else she was trying to teach. She would cancel all the time. I really don't think it was worth it, but then again you probably don't live where I do so you might have a better trainer. I thought it was kind fun though seeing all the puppies. It was once every monday. But if you haven't done it yet I would find someplace else to go.

I personally think the only good thing that comes from Training at PetSmart is good Socilization. But for good training, I would try a Professional Trainer.JMO.

I took my 2 GSD to Petsmart for training and I really respected the2 trainers I had. Tracy and Jennifer They went beyond just training they took a real interest in the dogs and the humans that came with them. They gave more then just training. They gave advice and they took my calls if I had concerns.Oh and there were 2 other trainers that were just dumb. Minn
