Border Collie is easiest and fastest to train. They are extrememly loyal and always eager to please.

My brother has a Brittany Spaniel, and he is the absolute most loving and smart dog I've ever known. Easy going, fun, energetic, smart, smart, smart! ...... opens the door to go out all by himself....and beautiful too. He's orange and white, but they also can be Liver and white. Orange is prettier though.

I think a border collie is the easiest. They are very smart and learn tricks after just going through it a couple times. They are fun, spunky, and energetic. A border collie puppy will always keep you entertained by rolling on the grass or chasing its tail. Although, I would not recommend a border collie if you do not have a backyard. I hope this helps!

in regards to the border collie answer-yes they are very intelligent-but they are workers-they need constant stimulation-they may become obsessive compulsive over things if not provided with enough mental and physical stimulation-if not they become easily bored and may be descructive- know i have a 2 year old-most herding dogs are easy to train but really need stimulation, so if you are looking for a smart breed, but want a lap dog/couch potatoe or a dog that will spend most time alone border collies are not the best choice

It is not just a matter of what breed is the best and easiest to train. You want to find the best dog suited for your lifestyle. You need to do research, and figure out what you want from your dog.

what energy leverl are you looking for?
What size are you looking for?
How much grooming do you want to have to do?
ect.....ect.....

Personally I love the German Shepherd dog, and thus far have been the easiest to train.
