Default Training my dog, help asap please!?

Training my dog is fun, but I need to know somethingAm I allowed to train her for a long time? ( hours )Iam scared to because i think she will get tired of the treats and not listen and want other treatsHelp please!thanks!

watch the show the dog whisperer and or find something about him on the web. he has great training ideas.

Be careful with feeding her too many treats as she can get sick and it is not healthy since usually treats dont have anything good in them, not like a meal. I guess it also depends on the kind of treats you are using

Fun is the name of the game when training, your dog will let you know when he or she has had enough training for that session. Don't always use treats, positive praise is wonderful too, let your dog have what it wants most, your attention and praise. I agree watch the Dog whisperer on National Geographic. Depending on the breed some dogs need more repitition than others, mental stimulation is far better than physical stimulation for using up that energy but break up the training sessions. Most of all be consistent in your training, don't send mixed messages and confuse your dog. Good luck and enjoy, pets are wonderful friends and companions.
