I have a dog and I cannot potty train.?

My dog is 4 months old I got her when she was 9weeks old and it has been so crazy for me to potty train her. I work two jobs so it is hard for me to potty train her. My daughter is 12 years old and she trainned her on the paper. She cleans up after her when she do go on the paper,she would go on the paper when she wants to and I do not understand how is that.

Great responsibility by your daughter, be grateful she is showing some initiative. You must be doing something right! I assume you want the dog to go out? Put your daughter on the task and see what she's got!
