My new dog is an executive protection dog. If someone tries to attack me then I tell the dog to bite the bad guy, can I get sued by the bad guy still? Or if someone tried to rob me then the bad guy gives my stuff back and runs away, then I tell my dog to chase him and bite him because I want the police to get him, will I get sued by the bad guy?I mean is it POSSIBLE to get sued? If so, then why? Isn't it his fault the bad guy tried to attack me?

if the guy trys to attack you, your allowed to defend yourself

first case no the dog is protection and thats what they are trained to do. Second case yes police dogs do chase but they are not trained to bite on fleeing suspects.
