I know how exciting wanting to train your dog is because I myself have a German Shepherd. But I think this is too early to start agility because there joints are still developing and growing and the shepherd catagory is prone to hip injuries, so to save exspensive vet bills if you just wait for a bit until they are around 1 yrs old - 2yrs old then I'm sure you'll be fine and have loads of fun!

Frisbee training: First you need to get him/her used to the frisbee by feeding her dinner in it. Then, once you do that for a few weeks (be sure to take it up when she's done) start rolling it on the floor to her and then see if you can get her to retrieve it. Once you get that going well, throw the frisbee (lightly, and not AT her) near her and get her used to picking it up and bringing it back...she will begin to make the transistion to catch it on her own when she's ready, she's still very young yet. Follow these steps, and by this summer, she should be catching the frisbee with you! good luck. As far as the agility, begin with basic obedience. Once she has mastered the essentials, use a short leash and begin leading her through the course over and over. If it were me, I would save the weave poles until she is older, those are difficult, but when you are ready for those, rope them off so she is directed to weave properly, I mean, rope off every other pole so she skips in and out like she is supposed to. She is a very able and intelligent breed, so you should be able to accomplish your goal. good luck and CHEERS!
