Default how do you train a 3 year old dog to sit, stay, lay down, come, and heel??

My dog won't listen when i tell her to sit and stay, when i walk just a few feet away from her she will follow me and stick her nose in my hand wanting a treat when she didn't do as she was told. She is to hyper and won't lay down more than a few seconds. Jody is always wanting a treat no matter what she does so i don't think she is learning anything. i am trying to sign my dog up for a dog show and i have all summer to train her but the training just isn't going well, PLEASE HELP ME!!

find the treat that the dog love i mean loves goes crazy for then out of that break it up make 1 trick the first trick work on that first make it sit use the word "sit "constantly while putting him the the postion and praise him when he is in that postion say good (use the dogs name and say ) sit u know how to sit every time u say sit just give him a little push down and praise..... he'll put the 2 together and just do that over a day or so after while he wont even need the push do that with every trick he'll pick it up fast cause he gets his treat

To train a dog to sit, push down firmly on the dogs rump, but be careful not to push too hard. Say, "sit", then, give the dog a treat. Repeat until she understands the command. To teach lay down, tell her to sit . Then, push lightly on the dogs head, say "down", and give the treat. Repeat. To teach stay, say "stay", then slowly walk away from the dog. If she follows you, scold her, and repeat. To teach come, say "stay", the walk away, about 5 feet from the dog. Then, say her name, followed by "come". Have someone else pat the dog on the rump so she will go forward. Then, repeat. To teach heel, take her for a walk. Then, say stay, followed by heel. Repeat. Hope this works!
