Default How do you train a dog to sleep in a different room of the house than they are

used to? My dogs are used to sleeping in my parents bedroom. They have been for about 2 or three years. This summer I am taking the dogs to live with me in my new apartment and I want them to get used to sleeping with me. I have been trying to get them to sleep in my bed, at my parents house, but they stay with me. They just paw at the door until I let those jerks out and then they run to mommy. LAME I was curious if there was a tactic I could use to make them comfortable sleeping in my room?***Anything else besides crating them?

I would get a nice dog bed for them. Or if you want it on your bed, put the dog bed on your bed.
