Re-training an older dog to use the potty outside??

I have a one year old pure bred shiba inu rescue. I got her 6 months ago when she was much younger. When she first came home, she was completely housebroken and almost NEVER used a wee wee pad indoors-as soon as we would go for walks she knew that it was time to get busy. But now slowly but surely she's gone back to not wanting to use the potty outside anymore. When we go outside now, all she wants to do is play, play, play and forget that its time to potty. We can be outside for 30 minutes, and its completely play time for her. But as soon as we go back inside the house, she will rest for about 5 minutes and go right back to the wee wee pad and use the potty inside. How can i make this stop??? Its driving me nuts!!!
